Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be dispatched by Australia Post.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse using Australia Post.
Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday-Friday, except public holidays). Orders will arrive 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Express Post orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, except public holidays). Orders will arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch.
Express Post orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday, except public holidays) will qualify for Next Business Day Delivery to designated areas.

Please note shipments to remote areas may take an additional 1-3 business days.
It is your obligation to ensure delivery address details are correct. Additional shipping fees will be charged to re-direct or re-send your order.

Standard delivery is a $10.00 flat rate Australia-wide
How does Store Pickup work?
Store Pickup is available from Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except Public Holidays)
You will receive email notification when the order is ready for pick up.
Order placed after 2 p.m. will be available to pick up by 9 a.m. the following business day.

Can I send an order to a friend?
Absolutely! It costs the same to deliver to a friend or family member at a different address within Australia.
Enter their address as the Ship To address and your address as the Billing Address in the Payment section. We will then send the receipt to you and not your friend.
What if my address is unattended at the time of delivery?
If you are not home, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office.
