Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be dispatched by Australia Post.

Orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse using Australia Post.

Standard shipping orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday-Friday, except public holidays). Orders will arrive 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Express Post orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, except public holidays). Orders will arrive 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Express Post orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday, except public holidays) will qualify for Next Business Day Delivery to designated areas.

Please note shipments to remote areas may take an additional 1-3 business days.

It is your obligation to ensure delivery address details are correct. Additional shipping fees will be charged to re-direct or re-send your order.

On rare occasions, Australia post may lose your order in transit.

What are the delivery costs?

Standard delivery is a $10.00 flat rate Australia-wide

How does Store Pickup work?

Store Pickup is available from Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except Public Holidays)

You will receive email notification when the order is ready for pick up.

Order placed after 2 p.m. will be available to pick up by 9 a.m. the following business day.

How do I qualify for Free Delivery?

If you spend $200 (after discount) or more online we will pay for your standard shipping (not Express) via Australia Post within Australia.  This amount will be automatically discounted at checkout.

Does my Postcode qualify for Same Day Delivery?

Not sure if you qualify for free same day delivery for your online order? Check your postcode in our table of eligible postcodes around Victoria, Australia. Postcodes are subject to change without notification.

Minimum order for local delivery by our driver  is $80

Orders must be placed before 1:30 p.m. am AEST on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)  to be eligible.

As we use our drivers for same day delivery, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box. 

It is strongly advised you provide a mobile number for our driver.

If you live in an apartment and do not have a safe drop location, and there is no one home to receive the order. The order will be taken back to our warehouse. 

For re-delivery you will be charged $10 via Australia Post.

 

 

Can I send an order to a friend?

Absolutely! It costs the same to deliver to a friend or family member at a different address within Australia.

Enter their address as the Ship To address and your address as the Billing Address in the Payment section. We will then send the receipt to you and not your friend.

What if my address is unattended at the time of delivery?

If you are not home, the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office.
